Requirements
Office Coordinator: This is where you come in.
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests, including employees, vendors, customers, and visitors. You will serve as the first point of contact and play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to both internal and external customers. Act as a concierge for the SeaTac Headquarters Plaza, ensuring all guests feel valued and well-assisted.
- Facility Management: Oversee supply management for the headquarters' facility, including maintaining stock levels in kitchens, supply rooms, and managing Workplace Services (WPS) inventory. Conduct regular audits to ensure supplies are replenished and organized efficiently.
- Human Resources Support: Assist the Human Resources department with tasks such as creation of badges and parking permits for new hires and tracking seating arrangements. Provide administrative support for HR initiatives as needed.
- Shipping and Receiving: Manage and provide support for all shipping and receiving activities, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and internal MM shipping. Responsible for company credit card reconciliation related to shipping expenses.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Manage and support the organization of MacMiller's internal and external meetings, including catering arrangements, guest access, room setup, and breakdown.
- Travel Program Support: Assist in the support and management of the MMFS Travel Program, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing assistance to employees with travel arrangements.
The Office Coordinator role reports to Lisa Millage – Office & Travel Coordinator on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.
Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?
You should have…
- A track record of delivering exceptional administrative support in an office setting
- Advanced technical prowess in programs such as Microsoft suites (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc), Egencia experience is preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Benefits
Compensation: $25-$30 hourly
