Wadley Construction is now hiring a General Superintendent to add to our dynamic team of construction professionals!

Requirements:

• 10+ years of supervisorial experience in self-performing Heavy Civil Construction
• Comprehensive understanding of heavy civil construction principles and practices
• Proficient in cost management, planning, and scheduling processes
• Skilled in managing large crews of 20 or more employees
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attentive to detail with strong discrepancy recognition abilities
• Positive attitude and effective motivational skills
• Demonstrates strong leadership capability
• Commitment to mentorship and talent development
