Job description
Our Client is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team! This position is starting out as a Temporary role, but has the potential to go "Direct-Hire"! A great opportunity with the Corporate location of a fast-growing private equity backed company. Here's your chance to "get your foot in the door"!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- High volume AP, handling 300+ invoices weekly.
- Full Cycle processing (matching-batching-coding).
- 3 years of experience with accounts payable accounting systems
- NetSuite is highly preferred
- Concur is highly preferred
- Good experience in dealing with Vendors and Internal Departments.
- Expense reporting- a plus.
- Must have strong understanding of debits and credits
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Interviewing this week, and looking to start ASAP!
