Whether you have worked as a CNA/HCA for years or are just starting out, you will learn and gain so much working with Alliance Nursing and our specialized care! You will learn to care for each individual resident as well as the home itself. Our focus is comfort, care, and support to allow our residents to live the best lives possible.

Each one of our CNA"s/HCA"s works with (1-2) Nurses to provide care for adults who are ventilator-dependent, or require respiratory support and have medically complex needs. Our Adult Family Homes are very unique in that we provide a comfortable and peaceful residential setting for up to six adults per home. (Ages 18+) Low ratio of 1:6 for Aides!

Job requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, supervisors, and managers.
Be able to set and accomplish care goals under the supervision of the nurse on duty.
Ability to understand and address resident expectations and provide excellence in care and service consistent with the organization"s mission.
Must have the ability to engage in physical activity, which may include heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds) extensive bending, standing, or twisting while caring for the client and providing total care.
Must be able to change bedding, perform moderate to heavy housekeeping duties, laundry, cooking and restocking supplies.
Current and active NAC/CNA or HCA Certificate
