Job description

The Senior Management - Talent Management position will report to the VP of Talent Management responsible for supporting the design, and execution of talent management initiatives for culture building and driving high performance.

Our programs focus on culture change, talent processes, management development, employee, and leadership development to ultimately deliver on our business strategy. This role will work closely with the team focused on implementing talent initiatives and supporting change management plans, while owning a few key programs. Strong L&D and organization development experience is important for this role along with a track record of delivering measurable results.

This role will provide our stakeholders, with meaningful insights, thought leadership, and future­ forward cultural intelligence. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented researcher and storyteller who can take the lead in brainstorming and crafting a culture-forward narrative across a variety of topics. You will enable Junivators to champion and carry forward the culture framework driving change through the process.

Our headquarters are in Sunnyvale, California and while proximity to Silicon Valley is ideal, we are open to US-based candidates with the right experience and fit.

Responsibilities
• Drive strategy for culture building and talent development programs focusing on the
Juniper Way
• Drive new initiatives to enhance employee experience (EX) with a focus on building a
high-performance culture.
• Focus on culture building programs and interventions to foster internal mobility, high
performance, customer centricity and diversity and inclusion within culture.
• Embedding development and culture within performance and talent processes,
reevaluating where necessary
• Lead culture and talent programs along with development initiatives from in-house
design to global scale delivery
• Lead program marketing, communications and promotions across channels and platforms
• Work with other COEs and across functions to seek inputs, feedback and deliver a
unified experience to end users.
• Ownership of related tools, software and systems including analytics and reporting for
dashboards related to programs.
• Strong collaboration with diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through talent programs.
• Partner closely with the VP-Talent Management to create and execute against a multiyear
strategy to strengthen the Juniper Way
• Benchmark talent management approaches and build a strong network with peers inside
and outside the organization to build programs addressing future needs.

Minimum Salary: $142,500.00

Maximum Salary:$218,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
