Adecco Staffing is hiring a 2nd shift Production Lead in Keene, NH! This is a direct hire opportunity. Below are full job details:

Hours:

• 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday

Pay:

• $30.00-$40.00/hr

Job Details:

Specific responsibilities will be to ensure smooth operation of production following the daily production schedule and serve to communicate production requirements to employees and provide feedback to engineering and facility leadership. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform assembly operations or machining functions in the manufacturing area to include building of a variety of electro/mechanical systems involving electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic circuitry, precision controls, or will machine a variety of precision components to exacting specifications.

Skills and qualifications for this role will include:

• Prior experience in leading and managing people in a production environment.

• Superior interpersonal skills and solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Experience in working with ERP systems and dispatch reports.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting manufacturing prints and instructions.

• Experience in Lean Techniques in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of CNC Machining and ancillary processes such as plating and heat treating.

• Knowledge of electrical components and assembly.

• Experience in mechanical assembly of components and machinery.

• Experience in maintaining a safe work environment following all procedures.

• Four or more years of relevant experience.

• Associates degree or equivalent experience with advanced technical training.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
