Job description
As a Technical Client Services Representative, you will be the first contact for support related questions and training delivery.
As you learn more about MOSAIC and the workflows that it supports, you will provide insight into how clients can optimize MOSAIC use for critical processes that support reserves management, budgeting/planning, and capital management processes.
Responsibilities: - Provide MOSAIC Help Desk Services to our client base.
- Provide training for MOSAIC clients and prospects.
- Assist in documenting new features and recording workflows for MOSAIC Help.
- Assist the development team by documenting client enhancement requests and ensure new features released are thoroughly tested after development.
- Provide feedback on the MOSAIC application to improve workflows and usability.
- First point of contact for process understanding and application troubleshooting.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate (Engineering preferred).
- Education or work experience in one of the following areas: petroleum economics, reserves management and reporting, budgeting, or field development planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is essential.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
