Kelly®is in search of a dynamic Human Resource Administrator to work at an international supply chain solutions company in York, PA. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career!

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $25.00-$26.00 per hr. (dependent upon experience)

This is a Temp-Hire position.

Weekly Pay.

This is an In-Person position.

Your typical day as a Human Resource Administrator:

• Answering routine inquiries and performing public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information.

• Assisting with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing.

• Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants.

• Gathering information for and assisting with the preparation of reports.

• Composing and distributing correspondence and letters.

• Developing, maintaining, analyzing, and/or assisting with various human resources activities and procedures.

• Preparing, processing, and assisting with payroll and payroll-related records.

• Acting as the primary point of contact and receptionist for the site.

• Work well in a manufacturing-based environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma.

• Have experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems (strongly preferred).

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish effective working relationships with all departments.
