Roles & responsibilities: - Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex cross-functional projects that span our products
- Implement agile project management processes for engineering teams
- Interact with product management, platform, operations, and engineering teams to define and deliver complex programs
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
- Create, maintain and communicate project information to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and client implementations simultaneously
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and engineering teams to solve problems and implement new solutions
- Drive for continuous process improvement
Requirements: - 12+ years of hands on experience in Program/Project management
- Strong Foothold in managing large scale software projects, preferably from product-based companies
- Strong Change Management skills, ability to cross add/ sell new use cases to existing client accounts
- Cross Cultural competency
- Comfortable with 10-15% travel time whenever required
