Job description
Our commercial real estate client is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join their team on a fulltime basis.
This will be a hybrid role in the Bay Area, with 3 days/week onsite (primary office location is in San Francisco).
This Lead Presentation Designer Will Be Responsible For - ~90 of the time crafting compelling pitch decks and narratives for presentations (Tenant, investor, internal presentations, etc.)
- ~10% of the time creating and designing marketing materials including but not limited to:
- Financial charts, graphs, and infographics
- Promotional items and employee communications
- Brochures, ads, invitations, posters, and programs
- Digital communication assets (emails, video walls, etc.)
- Manage the regional digital asset bank
- Occasionally organize and manage photo and video shoots
This Lead Presentation Designer Will Need - 5+ years of presentation design experience
- Knowledge of life science or real estate industries is a big plus!
- Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech, professional services, architecture, or other similar industries also a plus
- Mastery of PowerPoint
- Strong professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expertise creating data visualizations and charts
- Strong writing and proofreading skills are a plus
- Ability to think strategically, work on their own, be a self-starter
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field is preferred
