Job description
FIA Inc., a local HVAC manufacturers’ representative, is currently seeking a FULL-TIME Graduate for a Sales Engineer/Estimator position. Fluid Industrial Associates (FIA) headquarters is located in Woburn MA with a satellite office in Middletown CT and has been a manufacturer's representative since 1967. FIA represents manufacturers specializing in the latest technologies in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. Our market focus includes both the residential and commercial sectors, specializing in high-efficiency boilers and water heaters, heat pumps, commercial hydronic equipment, and energy-efficient heating controls. Being a manufacturer representative, FIA is New England's point of contact for sales and product support.
The applicant should hold a bachelor's degree or higher in the engineering, engineering technology, or construction field. The core functions of this position will be providing customer support for FIA’s local distributors, mechanical contractors, and the engineering community. Additional job functions will entail generating estimates/take-offs for commercial bid/spec projects, as well as application engineering, and system design.
