Part-Time Veterinarian| Eastside Pet Clinic

NVA

Location

Idaho Falls, ID | United States

Job description

Eastside Pet Clinic is looking for a veterinarian to join the team on a part-time or relief basis.

Our clinic is well-established in Idaho Falls, being here since 1970. We have updated the clinic throughout the years to maintain a modern look. The clinic is equipped with 4 exam rooms, a large treatment area, and quiet cat area, a surgical suite, and 2 dental areas. On top of that, we have digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, tonopen, endoscope, and four anesthetic machines, with all the great warming and monitoring equipment to pair. We also have a large orthopedic capability.

We deeply believe in work-life balance, and it shows with our no overnights or weekends as we have a great working relationship with our local emergency clinic. We also offer flexible scheduling.

Our support staff is highly efficient, and they all have a true passion for client and patient care. We pride ourselves in taking our staff's knowledge and training to the next level closing for staff training and having access to online training during the workday.

One more uniquely amazing thing about Eastside Pet Clinic is we have a very large client base that loves our clinic and is happy to see "other" vets, so building a clientele is an easily accomplished task. They are highly compliant, and we do our best to help with any given situation an owner may have to be able to help their pet.

We offer pro-sal compensation plans, and our current full-time veterinarians typically end the year earning between $130,000 and $150,000 after production bonuses are paid out while working 4-day work weeks.

Our area also boasts amazing outdoor fun with world-class fly fishing, many ski resorts, hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, and so much more. We also have the added bonus of being within 2 hours of our nation's most beautiful and unique areas of Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. It's a very safe place to raise a family, and we have a very fair cost of living.
