Job description
- Job Title: Corticon Developer with Integrated Eligibility Experience - Number of Positions: Initially 3, updates suggest number may vary - Job Location: Onsite from day one - Job Field: Benefit management system maintenance and operations - Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Required Experience: Experience in Integrated Eligibility (IE) system, 2+ years of experience with Corticon Rules Development - Preferred Skills: Knowledge of policy within one or more of the State public assistance programs, experience with SQL, welfare case management/eligibility determination systems, Agile methodology and/or the Scrum process, Unix and Web Sphere, 2 years experience in Rules Modeling using Corticon Rules Engine Studio, creating Corticon vocabulary and Data Contracts - Key Responsibilities: Authoring/modeling rules and creating rules flow in Corticon, analyzing operational needs, troubleshooting the Corticon Business Rules Server operations, analyzing business, functional and non-functional requirements to create technical design documents, communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating teamwork and proactive knowledge sharing. - Additional Requirements: Candidates must be ready to work onsite from the first day and should have reasonable experience in Integrated Eligibility (IE) project and Corticons.
