Company Description We are a Classical Catholic School in our 27th year! Role Description We are seeking a full-time Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at St. Andrew School located in Helena, MT. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, managing the classroom, assessing and evaluating student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. This is an on-site role that requires presence at the school. We use a classical Catholic curriculum. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Montana State Teaching Credential (optional) Experience working with kindergarten-aged children Knowledge of child development theories and practices Ability to create an inclusive and safe learning environment for all students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and administrators to enhance student learning Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus Faith filled and willing to discuss Christian/Catholic values, virtues and moral purview.
