Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager for a full-time position in McLean, VA. (Onsite with the possibility of hybrid work).

Duties

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Experience

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager
• Solid background with understanding or hands-on experience in federal contracts
  
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
• Experience with lean methodologies and process mapping
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Time management skills to meet deadlines

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• $80,000 to 90,000 annually
