Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join our Application IT team? This role will develop and administer IT cloud services, CICD, and support application on hosting services developing plans and processes. These plans/processes will provide programming, administration and support activities for the enterprise’s operating systems. The role will also improve efficiency and maximize provision of service of the system in line with business needs and functional objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision and support Azure cloud services
• Deployment and support applications on Kubernetes environments (AKS)
• Deployment and support application on Linux environment
• Create, maintain and support Jenkins pipeline for CICD including approval flows, security tests (DAST and SAST)
• Follow DHL process called DHL EGAP federated model
• Participate / Collaborate with the development team and solution architect on new or existing solutions for US Express
• Collaborate with project managers to create details plans and timelines for change requests and new applications
• Document hosting processes and support details
• Determines, follow & align new architecture design, frameworks, and standards for US DHL Express
• Analyze / Feedback of the current software architecture and enterprise capabilities (scalability, extensibility, maintainability, etc.
• Proactive monitor production applications in collaboration with L3 application support
• Participate in the implementation and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans by Project Management procedures
• Support incident management, service-level management, change management, release management, continuity management, and availability management

Stakeholders

• Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
• May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
• Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

·4 + years relevant experience

· Experience with Azure services (DBaaS, Storage Account, AKS)

· Experience with Advanced Kubernetes including cluster provisioning, deployment, and ongoing management, along with expertise in optimizing Kubernetes workloads

· Experience with CICD processes using Jenkins Pipeline

· Experience with Linux RHEL

· Experience with SQL language

· Experience with SAST and DAST reviews

· Experience with service-based architecture ( SSL, REST, Web Sockets)

· Programming Languages Bash Scripting, JavaScript and TypeScript

· ITIL – Incident Management

· Nice to have Project Management knowledge
