eCommerce Merchandising Intern
Project Description: The eCommerce Merchandising Intern will gain hands-on experience with core responsibilities, relevant projects, and assignments. Some of these projects are, but not limited to:
- Prepare for the Digital Asset Management
- Help the Merchandising team prepare to move over to a Digital Asset Management (DAM) by identifying outdated assets, eliminating them from the system and reorganizing the folder taxonomy to align with the current product navigation on LennoxPros.
- Opportunity to collaborate and network with the following teams:
- UX/UI
- Learning Solutions / Training
- Product Management
- Clearance Center Audit
- Improve the customer experience by enhancing the Clearance Center on LennoxPros.com and allowing Dealers find products with ease. You will work with the Product Lifecycle and Pricing team to learn about the clearance process and then create, present and execute a recommendation on how LennoxPros can enhance the existing Clearance Center to the Merchandising team.

- Synonym / Keyword Redirect Audit
- Assist in hosting and facilitating discovery sessions with a variety of cross-functional team members and implement changes directly to the Synonyms and Keyword Redirect functionality within SOLR.

- Category Realignment
- Partner with the Merchandising specialist and the UX Researcher to rework the category structure within LennoxPros. This project will allow you to assist in facilitating discovery sessions with a variety of teams and propose a new category taxonomy. If time permits, you will have the opportunity to implement these changes directly to the website and help improve the customer experience for our Dealers and Store Mangers.

Project Outcomes: Throughout this internship you will have the opportunity to grow in a variety of business competencies including collaboration, project management, situational adaptability, driving results, communicates effectively, and drives engagement within cross-functional teams. In addition, you will become familiar with eCommerce tools such as SAP Hybris Backoffice, Adobe Scene 7 / Adobe Dynamic Media Classic, Get Feedback and more.
Qualifications:
- Students pursing a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Online Merchandising or related fields
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting and has a positive attitude toward self and others.
