What We Offer:
- Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 (based on experience) + Commission
- Full Time: 5-day work week (Monday - Sunday)

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall design needs
- Build client relationships and ensure to follow up on all jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and/or gain new project leads
- Schedule appointments to meet with clients for showroom, home, or workplace consultations
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services provided
- Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed for project, create and present project proposals to clients for approval, provide any floor sample suggestions, and ensure quality control for active projects
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling requirements
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Inside Sales, or similar role
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, interior design, or a similar field a plus
- Basic computer/social media knowledge and math skills
- Read floor plan drawings & create project estimates
- Utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors/suppliers & clients
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills and detailed oriented
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
