-Coordinates labor, tools, contractors, blueprints, and requirements.
-Input into the monthly predictions, as well as all labor and equipment expenditures, fall under this responsibility.
-Determines, assesses, and reduces project risk.
-Comprehend the contract's terms and conditions to anticipate issues before they happen.
-Explains quality requirements to each vendor and subcontractor.
-Helps the project manager create monthly invoices.
-Ensure that all crew members working under their direction have the necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
-Takes part in regular scheduling and coordination meetings with the project team to discuss the requirements for materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labor.
-Maintain precise timekeeping for the crews that fall under their authority.
-Ensures that crucial information and accurate daily reports are produced on time and on schedule.
At least 5 years of experience with a combination of the following:
- Piping
- Waste Water Treatment Facilities
- Pump Station
-Industrial
-Land Clearing
-New Site Development
A Competitive Salary of $100,000-150,000
