**SIGN ON AND RELOCATION ELIGIBLE FOR NEW HIRES**

Stats:

• 4 vertical rooms with cardiac monitoring, 4 hallway rooms, 37 private rooms including: 1 trauma bay, 2 cardiac bay, 1 resuscitation bay, 4 mental health rooms
• 55,000 patients/year-busiest ED in the state with highest pediatric volume, STEMI volume, stroke volume, trauma volume
• 20 hour in ED pharmacy coverage

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manages care of patients.

Requirements

• Education: Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
• Experience: at least 1 year experience; open to new to specialty; acute care preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
