As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to geotechnical field work and design projects for private clients in the larger Tristate area (PA, NY, NJ, and CT). As a private developer-oriented firm, we engage in a diverse range of projects, from high-profile banks to iconic structures like the Steinway Tower. Experience required: 2 – 12 years as a Geotechnical Engineer
Location: Springfield, New Jersey
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Responsibilities will depend on the type of role you will apply for, however, you will be:
- Collaborating with a team of design engineers to develop geotechnical solutions for complex infrastructure projects.
- Overseeing and conducting geotechnical analyses, investigations, and studies to inform design decisions.
- Providing technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases of projects.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of geotechnical engineering practices within the company.
Requirements:
- Whether you’re an early-career engineer with 2 years of experience or a seasoned pro with 12 years under your belt, we’re keen to speak with you.
- Familiarity with geotechnical engineering software and analytical tools.
- Previous experience working on l private projects within the Tristate area is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
- Versatility: We need of individuals who can tackle everything from fieldwork to Project Management, contributing to our diverse projects.
- Commitment to Office: While our field personnel move around, a daily presence in the office is essential. We don’t offer hybrid work options, and that’s by design.
