Job description

Thank you for applying at Server+. ServerPlus, the international leader in technical support for Internet Service Providers (ISP) is hiring for immediate openings. We are pleased to announce our work-from-home position is available nationwide within the United States.

We try to make the entire hiring process as easy as possible. Networking or IT experience is preferred but we will train on the job. If you are a computer person this is a very easy laid back job. If you don't know a lot about networking that’s okay, we can teach you! On-the-job Training is paid! Great co-workers and several schedules to choose from.

Equipment & Internet Specs Required:

• Must Own Personal Router. (No ISP-issued Routers)
• OS: Windows 10 (home or pro)
• CPU: Core i5 (or similar 4-core CPU)
• RAM: 8GB DDR3.
• Internet: Broadband(cable) or Fiber: 20mbps down / 5mbps up.
• The computer must be hardwired. (NO WIFI DEVICES)
• USB or 3.5mm headset. (please test it before your shift starts)
• External USB mouse. (if you use a laptop)
• Low or no background noise.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $11.00 - $19.00 per hour.
