POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting the management and implementation of the digital marketing and social media strategy for Ashley Addiction Treatment. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications and in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will produce, execute and analyze digital marketing tactics including community management, growth and online advertising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and assist in managing the company’s digital marketing and social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Manager as it aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead the production of written and visual content for all social media channels, email marketing efforts and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage email, social media and paid advertising calendars in order to coordinate digital touch points for different audiences.
- Develop, Schedule, Manage and report on CEO social media marketing efforts.
- Schedule, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and social media efforts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) to reach desired audience.
- Develop new ideas for campaigns on social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
- Assist in managing email database growth, making suggestions and implementing plans to ensure new email addresses are constantly added and/or updated to maximize email program reach.
- Understand business goals and requirements for all social media, email marketing and web projects.
- Assist in monthly planning, creating detailed project schedules, and communicating project needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate digital marketing campaigns for their areas.
- Track and Report performance of all email and social media marketing efforts using platform specific analytics.
- Gain familiarity with industry content and audience in order to optimize online content for user engagement.
- Support the Director of Marketing & Communications and team with other special projects as needed.
- Limited travel time (10%)

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER: - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or greater in communications or related field preferred.
- 0 – 2 years’ experience in marketing communications role.
- Valid driver's license required
- Superior written and verbal language skills—must be able to write and express ideas well. Experience writing content for business to business and business to consumer audiences. Ability to convey key messages and audiences to outside vendors.
- Ability to lead meetings with colleagues and outside constituents, document and produce concise meeting notes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Content marketing/strong writing and editing skills and background essential.
