Job description
Do you love working with new technology and innovation ? We are seeking professional and energetic individuals to join our fast-paced Service Department. This is a great opportunity to jump start your career in retail automotive segment and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership process.
In this role, you will be greeting all customers, handling phones calls, emails and voicemail messages from clients, to answer questions and schedule service appointments. You will assist our customers, with questions that they may have regarding their vehicle, as well as scheduling service appointments. In this critical position, you will be trained to use our state of the art appointment scheduling software, which integrates with our DMS system, to create accurate appointments as well as communicating client expectations and customer concerns.

Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome customers as they arrive to the service department/dealership
- Answer dealership calls promptly, obtain client and vehicle information to schedule a service appointment
- Respond quickly to phone, email and text inquiries using phone and email to schedule client's in for their vehicle service concerns
- Provide customers with structure and a general understanding of what to expect during their appointment
- Present appointment dates and times that are convenient for our customers
- Follow up will all missed appointments, all special order appointments, and all forecasted appointments transmitted from the vehicle
- Participate in a strong team atmosphere to create, build and schedule 80 - 100 appointments per day ( inbound and outbound communications )
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is required
- Enjoy greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive to the service department/dealership
- Must have a team player attitude
- Must be prompt, courteous, and driven to achieve goals and targets
- Must have strong computer skills ( X-Time and CDK experience preferred but not required )
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
