Become a key player as a Collections Analyst 1: The Credit Analyst will be required to support the Credit Management team in the maintenance of a portfolio of direct enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include the collection, investigation, and prompt resolution of all customer disputes and deductions. The Analyst is expected to participate in various process improvement teams and assist in the credit analysis process. The Analyst will also be required to perform some departmental support tasks.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role: - Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with credit analysis.
- Experience with collections.
- Experience with process improvement.
- Experience with credit management.
Heres what else might help you out: - College Degree is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a strong plus.

- Previous experience with credit issues.
Pay Range: $16.47 - $20.58/hour
