Job description

InfraHire is looking for a Building Superintendent in Northern, VA

Role Description


The Base Building Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing building and site construction at various commercial properties located in the Mid-Atlantic. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves a variety of tasks, including managing contractors and vendors, supervising building staff, conducting inspections and audits, and more. The superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager, Subcontractors and other Stakeholders to ensure that the building is constructed on time and on budget.



Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore
• Experience with managing contractors and vendors
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• 5 years experience
