CNC Machinist Job Posting

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated CNC Machinists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Our facility primarily uses Haas machines, and applicants should be comfortable operating CNC turning machines, lathes, grinders, and presses. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup and operate CNC machines, including turning machines, lathes, grinders, and presses, primarily Haas brand.

- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

- Independently manage complex job setups from day one.

- Use MasterCam for programming and have proficiency in G & M code for machine operations.

- Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.

- High mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new processes and equipment.

- Strong programming knowledge and experience with MasterCam.

- Proficient in interpreting and applying G & M code.

- Must own precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.

- Ability to work independently and set up complex jobs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- A strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and machine operation.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

- Commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.

Work Hours:

7AM-3:30PM, Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours per week. Overtime available.
