• This role is critical to our ability to drive profitable business growth through accurate, complete, profitable, and timely completion of each job.

• Ability to set up and use a laser level to establish and check elevations
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from basic and routine sketches, blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings 
• Extensive working knowledge of power tools, equipment, and various construction materials
• Compacting materials using power vibrators to create leveled bases
• Knowledge and ability to monitor the effects of heat, wind, and cold on curing concrete to ensure high-quality results
• Aligning forms for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters
• Using wood or plastic forms that hold concrete to ensure the required shape, depth and pitch is achieved
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, sidewalk, roads or curbs
• Finishing concrete surfaces with rough or smooth patterns depending on the customer’s preference
• Casting and spreading concrete to patch voids
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to changing project needs
• Strong personal and professional references.
• Pay is D.O.E.
