Responsibilities:

• Manage a multitude of projects, ensuring all submittal drawings and details meet the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate project elements, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery.
• Generate Bill of Materials and part creation within the ERP system, maintaining meticulous records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with a diverse client base, including high-end clients, designers, and construction professionals, to ensure precise execution of project specifications.
• Adapt to project demands, willingly working overtime to meet expedited deadlines when necessary.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit, both within the team and in client interactions.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or an Associate degree in Mechanical Design or Drafting Technology, supplemented by at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
