Static Jobs - IT and software engineering jobs in the US, Canada and the UK Atlassian Administrator Python, Ruby, Perl, Java / J2EE, and PHP Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking an Atlassian Administrator in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will serve mission critical applications to a large enterprise community of student, faculty, staff, and general public users. Duties include: Implements Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic and other application server environments running in Linux, Windows, and cloud environments, supporting applications written in Java, perl, PHP, ruby, Cocoon, and other technologies Works closely with systems administrators, network engineers, database administrators, and information security personnel to architect robust application environments Works closely with developer teams to design deployment models to match development needs Serves as a technical resource to developers and web designers in the use of these technologies Coordinates with all teams to design appropriate applications and systems monitoring strategies REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree with 4 years professional experience Linux server experience Experience designing and operating cloud-based environments, especially AWS Expert level tool administration knowledge on Jira, Subversion, Jenkins, Fisheye, Crowd and Confluence Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible and AWS Cloud Formation Strong experience with Apache and Tomcat server environments Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration systems Familiarity with Python, Ruby, Perl, Java / J2EE, and PHP programming Unix shell scripting experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience installing and administering Atlassian Products Able to create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA Administer the JIRA and Confluence instances including performance tuning / scaling the instances Implement Git and Subversion repository hook scripts that communicate with JIRA and Crucible Experience designing highly available enterprise environments utilizing load-balancing network devices Remote Jobs, QA Jobs, IT Jobs, Programming Jobs, Quality Assurance Jobs, Silicon Valley Jobs, San Francisco Bay Area Jobs Atlassian Administrator Python, Ruby, Perl, Java / J2EE, and PHP Static Jobs - IT and software engineering jobs in the US, Canada and the UK Visit or google "Static Jobs" to learn more about us!
