Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) create a positive impact in the lives of children who are on the spectrum. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more, allowing an easy transition if moving is in your future.

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity in Osceola County, Florida? Look no further! We are currently hiring RBTs to join our team in the vibrant cities of St.Cloud and Kissimmee.

Position Details:

• Location : Osceola County, Florida (primarily St.Cloud and Kissimmee)
• Work Settings : Both home-based and school-based cases
• Certification Requirement : Candidates must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Orange County School Badge : Preference will be given to RBTs who possess an Osceola County School Badge.
• Sign-On Bonus : We offer a sign-on bonus of $500.00 to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Orange County schools and community resources is a plus.
