📋 Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide speech therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

📝 Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania.
• CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required.
• Previous experience in a senior living or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
