XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is now hiring Account Relationship Managers for the following areas: Irving, and Mesquite.

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Account Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. As an Account Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are a dynamic staffing company with multiple offices all over DFW and are always seeking experienced talent to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

-Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.

-Identify and evaluate the potential staffing needs of clients and match their requirements with our available resources.

-Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

-Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.

-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients.

-Attend networking events and other industry events to develop new business leads.

-Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

-Proven track record of success in staffing sales with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

-Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

-A deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.

-A consultative selling approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

-Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

-A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

-A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
