The Floor Manager is a pivotal leader within our team, setting a high standard of warmth, respect, and exemplary conduct. We seek an energetic team player with extensive wine knowledge to oversee front-of-house operations. This role involves active floor management, ensuring seamless daily operations with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide exceptional hospitality to guests.
- Manage employees in collaboration with the Managing Partner.
- Control labor costs with potential for bonus incentives.
- Provide comprehensive support to the front-of-house team.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of handling objects with hands.
- Regular bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds throughout the shift.
