**Available Positions:**

1. **Experian Trigger Leads Call Center Representatives:**
- Reach out to borrowers who have inquired with other lenders to offer quotes and potentially better deals.


2. **Self Generation - Organic Business:**
- Engage in organic business development.


3. **Home IQ Representatives:**
- Offer free systems to realtors to enhance relationships with past clients and provide tools for effective social media utilization.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will:

- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, borrowers, and builders.


- Accurately compile loan applicants' financial information and credit histories.


- Educate customers on various loan options, terms, and credit services available.


- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.


- Perform business development activities to increase recurring production.


- Manage a loan pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient loan processing.


- Collaborate with various corporate functions to enhance loan servicing processes.


- Stay updated on new types of loans and financial services to better meet customer needs.


- Address customer complaints and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- NMLS state and federal license.


- Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines.


- Familiarity with processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.


- Strong computer skills and ability to use technology for communication and information access.


- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.


- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Experience:**
Minimum 1 year in the mortgage industry (Preferred)
