Job Summary:
As a Financial Industrial Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Services Business/Interagency Solutions Group. You'll ensure that projects are accurately captured and transferred into the S4Hana system, maintain financial operations, and oversee invoicing processes. Your expertise will help in maintaining the integrity of financial data, contributing to our commitment to delivering excellence and fostering trust with our government clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations within the Interagency Solutions Group, focusing on the S4Hana invoicing process.
- Provide expert knowledge in inputting financial data into S4Hana from various sources, including customers and contracting officers.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to document and track projects, ensuring seamless financial tracking and invoice processing.
- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate procurement services, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately captured and processed.
- Review and certify invoices, manage administrative fees, and oversee the financial accuracy of projects from inception to closure.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a correctional manufacturing and service environment, with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
- Expertise in SAP/S4Hana, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong background in financial operations within a federal government setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting clear and concise reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Work Hours:
- Up to 32 hours per week, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM EST. No work on Federal Holidays unless specified.
