**Position Overview:**
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of finance projects that add substantial value to our clients' finance, accounting, and operational departments. From tackling intricate technical accounting issues to implementing cutting-edge finance software, your role at the company will be pivotal in shaping your career and expanding your expertise.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage in operational accounting and controllership tasks
- Assist with financial statement close processes
- Prepare for external audits and financial reporting
- Review and prepare financial statements
- Conduct general ledger accounting duties
- Participate in managed outsourced accounting services
- Handle standard costing and inventory accounting tasks
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
We're seeking individuals with:
- 3+ years of experience, ideally from a Big Four or similar top-tier accounting firm
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and serve as a client contact
- Passion for assisting clients with operational accounting challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
- Experience in identifying and implementing operational improvements for companies
