Salary Range: $73,770.00 To 191,292.00 Annually

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus and sales incentives.

SUMMARY

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients and developing good Commercial business relationships that lead to commercial loans (Commercial and Industrial), deposits and other banking products offered by the Bank.

Job Description

Source and develop profitable new relationships by leveraging centers of influence, existing clients, & and referral sources. Analyze the financial information provided to determine whether the credit request aligns with established credit guidelines. Manage a portfolio of large profitable business clients on an ongoing basis, information concerning customer financial performance, condition, and industry trends. Present new lending opportunities, cross-selling, and other business to existing clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following .

- Sourcing: Harness the power of your network and existing clients to seek out new opportunities. Leverage your connections, referrals, and influential partners to uncover hidden gems.

- Financial Acumen: You'll dissect and analyze credit requests against our established guidelines. Your discerning eye ensures that every financial decision aligns with precision.

- Portfolio Management: Imagine managing a portfolio of thriving business clients, each with their own unique story. You'll be their financial guardian, closely monitoring their performance, health, and industry trends to ensure their ongoing success.

- Seeking New Opportunity: You'll be a champion of growth. Present fresh lending prospects and innovative cross-selling opportunities to our esteemed clients, always putting their needs first.

Experience

· 4+ years of C&I lending

· Deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

· Strong understanding of credit, commercial products, and financial statement analysis, to offer beneficial banking solutions (e.g. loans, treasury management, capital markets) based on client and prospect’s needs

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
