Multi-location Retail & Service Manager Old Town Bluffton and Shelter Cove Hilton Head Key Responsibilities: Product Ordering and Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular inventory checks and order necessary products and items.
• Balance stock levels for optimal product availability.
• Coordinate with the owners for order approvals, maintaining both autonomy and oversight.

Merchandising:

• Coordinate with owner for implementing effective merchandising strategies.
• Ensure the store’s appearance aligns with brand standards.

Customer Service:

• Resolve first-level customer service issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the owners as needed.

Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee daily store operations for smooth functioning.
• Collaborate with the team for operational tasks.
• Maintain Standards of Operation while also contributing to the SOP as an evolving document.

Personnel and Scheduling:

• Aid in recruitment, creating work schedules and regular employee reviews.
• Recognize team member talents and empower them as appropriate with delegated tasks.
• Conduct initial training of new hires, as well as ongoing continuing education.
• Maintain our strict drama-free environment by modeling positivity, emotional regulation and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications for the position

• Meet Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Bluffton and Hilton Head Island stores operating policies and standards, including providing quality pet parent experiences and expertise in our products, cash handling, and store safety and security
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with pet parents
• At least one (1) year of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the functions of four (4) or more employees
