Job Description:
PTI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. The Program Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of technology solutions to our clients, particularly within the healthcare and government contracting sectors. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining a positive work environment conducive to collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact, responsible for the overall performance of the contract.
- Ensure compliance with required key personnel notifications and replacement procedures.
- Plan the entire program across scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, etc., and monitor the ongoing execution of these areas.
- Ensure contract requirements, deliverables, and service levels are met.
- Keep the CORs and technical designees updated on all aspects of the contract and notify them of any contract issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters ingenuity, resourcefulness, and team spirit.
- Coordinate and collaborate on operational and systems integration activities with other contracts.
Qualifications:
- Certification: PMP or other project management certification required.
- Education and Experience: Master's Degree or equivalent experience; IT program management experience in technology solution delivery; 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Preferred Experience: ServiceNow Platform and/or Systems Integration experience. Experience with healthcare and government contracting.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Agile solution delivery methodologies.
