PrimeNet is looking for a CREATIVE TEAM MEMBER who is ready to work in a fast paced environment. PrimeNet will give preference to an individual with a degree in Graphic Design / Graphic Arts or 5+years experience as a Graphic Designer, Graphic Artist or Production Artist working in the Direct Mail Marketing industry. Please note that the focus of this position is primarily production artwork and some creative design for print on paper, but could eventually include web design, or social media.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a current working knowledge of :
- Macintosh operating system
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator)
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- XMPie (although we can train on this)
- The use of and differences between CMYK and RGB color systems
- Postal design regulations
Full-time Creative Team Members are typically assigned a schedule from either 8:00am to 4:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm. Part-time schedule would fall between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Schedules during the initial training period may differ from the final schedule assignment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, revise, or make changes to direct mail pieces for internal or external clients using various graphic design software programs in a Macintosh environment.
- Ensure jobs are completed with speed and accuracy while meeting client expectations
- Prepare jobs for image setting process and digital printers while meeting all qualitative and quantitative expectations.
- Partner with team members and other departments to complete jobs in a timely manner.
- Provide support to Sales and Client Relations staff with requests for new direct mail products or new applications for existing products.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age, with high school diploma, completed GED, or equivalent
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- This position involves sitting for prolonged periods, with periodic standing, walking, bending and reaching, while performing necessary functions including speaking on the telephone and repetitive movement of wrists, hands and fingers.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work a schedule within PrimeNet operating hours of 7:00am to 7:00 pm
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
