Job Description This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Atlanta, Chicago or New York.

This position works with many internal cross-functional teams and enterprise, global third-party suppliers. We are looking for an astute, collaborative professional with expertise in source to pay processes, supplier risk management, contract negotiation and project/program management. This professional must have sound judgement, a natural ability to get stuff done quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will also partner with other members of the Global Strategic Sourcing Governance team.
Responsibilities - Develop, administer, and manage comprehensive, targeted, in-depth assessments, evaluate results, report findings, and manage corrective or management action plans
- Lead Supplier Risk related reporting, internal and external activities
- Identification of supplier risks as part of our current and future assessment process
- Conduct compliance reviews leveraging defined escalation criteria, as needed with risk domains
- Effectively contribute to the Supplier Risk & Compliance Program framework, strategy, and roadmap
- Create, manage, and disseminate communication and reporting
- Support development of new processes across Sourcing Governance Team (i.e., risk scoring methodology)
- Contribute to training initiatives related to process improvements and risk monitoring
- Proactively build excellent working relationships and partner closely with cross-functional teams, and suppliers, to accomplish goals and KPIs; embed a superior customer service attitude
- Contribute to efforts of enhancing and streamlining end-to-end source-to-pay processes. Leading where applicable
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and timelines with a sense of urgency, ownership and within deadline. Execute ad-hoc projects related to strategic sourcing governance and transformation activities
- Balance priorities, collaborate with leadership and positively motivate teams in a high growth, agile environment while supervising key performance indicators
- Identifying gaps, measuring progress, and balance stakeholder needs
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of professional relatable experience with strategic sourcing experience, contract negotiations, internal & third-party risk
- Demonstratable knowledge and experience with project/program management related to Strategic Sourcing and supplier risk
Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locations
- Supplier risk management scoring development, methodology and assessment monitoring/reporting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve program initiatives and maintain project timelines
- Ability to take ownership, work with tight timelines, quickly adapt to shifting priorities and demands, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, influencing across the enterprise while delivering with a customer first focus
- Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner and operates effectively as a team player
- Progressive yet practical approach to strategic sourcing, focused on unlocking value and improving service
- Personable and credible - ability to build productive working relationships across global teams; internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Lead discussions with varying levels of leadership and embrace difficult conversations with ease!
- Ability to influence, empower and align people across a broad variety of job functions
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products; Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc
- Project management, data analytics and reporting expertise

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $98,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
