Responsibilities: • Prepare for Trial: Assist in organizing exhibits, client meetings, filing motions, and coordinating witnesses to ensure readiness for trial • Draft Legal Documents: Prepare essential legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, and affidavits • Facilitate Communication: Act as a professional liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff, maintaining high standards of communication • Manage Calendars: Ensure attorneys are informed of and prepared for all deadlines, court appearances, and meetings • Provide Administrative Support: Keep electronic and paper files meticulously organized, ensuring all case materials are efficiently managed and accessible Qualifications: Who We Are Looking For: Family Law Experience: At least 2 years of family law paralegal experience with a deep understanding of all the complexities of family law • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization • Organizational Experts: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and court personnel • Tech-savvy individuals: Proficiency with CIS software, Microsoft Office 365/Teams, and SharePoint.
