Job description
Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care. Prepare and package medications for distribution Responsibilities: Maintain inventory and order supplies Enter patient information and prescriptions into the computer system Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices Proficiency in medication administration, including IV infusion and inhalation techniques Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Chicago, IL 60625: Relocate before starting work (Required) Benefits: We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth Pay: $19.44 - $23.41 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 8 hour shift
