Starting pay: $18.00 per hour WEEKENDS needed
Griswold Home Care provides personal care, household assistance, and assistance with daily living activities to improve the client's quality of life while remaining comfortable in their own home. We are looking for dedicated caregivers who want to commit to making a difference in people's lives. Caregivers are responsible for providing care for the elderly, disabled, and/or chronically ill. When it comes to home care, we know caregivers are the face of the agency. We offer choice assignments, sign-on and, referral bonuses, pay for travel time and mileage, opportunities for pay increases, paid time off, and free online training. Certification is not required but it helps. If you are a high-quality caregiver with a 1-year of experience, have a valid driver's license, and your own reliable transportation, let's talk. We have positions available throughout the greater Western Massachusetts region. We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas:
Monson
Chicopee
Belchertown
Caregiver Requirements:
- Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services
- Certification preferred, but not required
- Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred but not required
- Criminal Background Record Check
- A minimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional)
- Recent TB test
