Job description

Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for one receptionist to join our 20-person-strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule meetings as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Any other task that may be assigned

Work Hrs

2 pm - 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

10 -5 pm on Wednesday

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word-processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time management and organizational skills
