- 8 to 13-week contract with the possibility of an extension

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit during night shifts.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform routine and specialized nursing procedures, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to emergent situations and changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their loved ones.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Minimum of [1 years] of recent experience in Progressive Care or a similar unit.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team.
