Job description

Site Administrative Assistant – The Site Admin Assistant (SAA) will work with Bridgewater leadership team and managers to support the site, functions, legacy sales business and Customer Experience Center logistics and operations. . This cross-functional support role will include direct and indirect support for the Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Purchasing, IT, Logistic, EHS&G, and Engineering teams. This individual will interface with all operational groups as well as Sales, Apps, Service, Finance, and more. The individual will assist with documentation preparation and review, expediting, communication (internal and external), scheduling, data entry and validation, improvement activities, and more. Currently the role works with the Business Lead to Support the ~1M legacy Fiber Optic business of C Technologies. Additionally, with the creation of the Customer Experience Center this individual will be the concierge for events held at the site, supporting event planners with logistics, customer outreach, catering, planning, event day activities and post activity followup. 

• Support Quality Assurance in the completion of customer surveys and document audits.
• Support the documentation and data controls for the quality management system.

• Act as the concierge for all Customer Experience Center events from scheduling, advance planning, day of event activities and post event follow up
• Support EHS and R with documentation requirements.
• Support Operations with specific procedures that require the creation and management of specific records such as cycle counts, safety stock reviews, and ABC Analysis.

• Manage the Legacy Fiber Optic business with Account management, quoting, sales, expediting, follow-up and more. 
• Assist in internal audit and external audit preparation.
• Help functional groups stick to schedules and plans for specific projects and scheduled activities such as internal audit schedules or gate reviews.
• Assist Purchasing with order approvals, follow-up and expediting and planning as needed.
• Assist Operational Groups with the use and preparation of periodic metrics and presentations for internal parties.
• Facilitate the RMA process for data integrity, process steps and follow through.
• Follow-up on deadlines for activities such as vendor management, corrective and preventative actions, non-conformance, and customer complaints.
• Update SharePoint lists and logs at the direction of their respective owners.
• Keep SDS update.
• Keep external standards from Quality ad EH&S updated.

• College degree (BS)

• Office experience 1-5 years
• Experience working at a manufacturing business
• Sales experience a plus
• Experience with ERP and Scheduling Systems
• Experience working under ISO 9001 Quality System

• Strong communication, service and organization skills.
