Overview

The Interactive Marketing Specialist will make recommendations for, implement, and maintain the systems and processes required for the day-to-day operation of the marketing department. Using shown practices and innovative concepts, this position will drive continuous improvement of marketing operations from implementing content calendars to launching games. Encouraging relationships across sales, IT and the marketing teams, the position will drive teamwork on projects to meet the needs and objectives of not only the client, but those of the marketing team. 

The Interactive Marketing Specialist will work closely with the iLottery Manager on additional efforts touching many different projects to ensure consistent execution and reliable measures of success.  The role requires strong communication, organizational and project-management skills, and knowledge of the various phases of online ecommerce. Additionally, it requires marketing content development and production (copywriting, website design, interaction design, front-end technologies, and implementation). The ideal candidate will have the ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects with critical deadlines and material risks is essential.

Responsibilities

-  Provide excellent customer service to our players and clients through open communication and executing deadlines.

-  Manage escalated customer service tickets.

-  Develop campaign ideas for the marketing calendar while maintaining the marketing calendars and support campaign execution.

-  Plan game roadmaps, prepare required documentation and deploy game launches in the digital platform.

-  Coordinate interactive team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

-  Build interactive project plan(s) and lead all project tasks and activities with various teams (design, development outside agencies & other vendors when applicable)

-  Supervise status of multiple projects to ensure projects are timely and work to find creative solutions to issues that may jeopardize delivery.

Qualifications

-  Bachelor’s Degree , Masters preferred, or equivalent experience

-  Experience crafting and handling project plans/schedules.

-  Experience in project collaboration techniques: brainstorming, consensus building, team building, conflict resolution, etc.

-  Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple clients and collaborators.

-  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

-  Ability to lead multiple projects with minimal direction.

-  Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and instill trust in others while upholding the values of the organization.

-  Ability to work well as part of a team: to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, give as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and aid others to succeed.

-  A “can-do” temperament and dedication to meeting deadlines.

-  Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

-  Strong communication skills: ability to interact with a wide range of personalities.
