Job description
Wilkes University invites applications for the position of Public Safety Officer/Residence Hall Security.
The Public Safety Officer provides security for University residence halls. Working at a static post, the Public Safety Officer will ensure that those entering the building are residents or authorized to enter and will provide emergency lock out services and interior/exterior building checks. When classes are not in session, the Public Safety Officer provides customer services to University community members; enforces all parking regulations within University parking lots; provides escorts (walking or vehicle) within a reasonable distance of campus.
